The Library Search also allows for advanced searches.
An advanced search uses specified parameters to narrow the query, allowing you to search more effectively and efficiently. Just like with basic search, you can execute the search via the or the enter button.
Excluding specific search results can be beneficial in certain cases. To do so, simply click the red button to the right side of the filters to exclude that type of result. For example, if you wanted to exclude Open Access materials, simply click the as seen below.
