Let's say we're writing the following research paper and wnat to add several in-text citations to the displayed paragraph:
First we need to access the Zotero toolbar in Word:
Next, we position our cursor where we want to insert the first citation and click the Zotero "Add/Edit Citation" button. The first time we do this in any document, we'll get a dialog to select what style we want to us. Let's choose APA:
After selecting our citation style, we get a search box to search Zotero for the paper we want. You can search by any keyword, such as a word in the title or an author's name. In this case we're looking for a paper by Webb.
Click the appropriate item in the "My Library" section adds that item to the search bar.
Pressing the "Enter" key add the citation to your document:
