TinkerCAD Classroom Link

We will be learning the basics of 3D modeling using a free online app called TinkerCAD.

We've created a classroom within TinkerCAD for this workshop.

To get access to the classroom, follow this link:

https://www.tinkercad.com/joinclass

and enter the following Class Code:

IRA SQJ 274

You'll be able to create a free TinkerCAD account and create your 3D designs, and the workshop instructor will be able to see your designs and give you feedback!

Printing Your Models

When you've finished designing your model in TinkerCAD, export the STL file.

Email your STL file as an attachment to explorationspace@iit.edu. Use "3D Printing Workshop" in the subject line of your message.

We will print your model for you and let you know when you can pick it up!

We'll put your model in one of the lockers in the Galvin Library's lobby, and we'll reply to your email with the locker number and code. Pick up your print whenever you like.
