These guidelines published by the American Statistical Assocation outlines the the professional duties of statisticians, including their responsibilities to funders, clients and employers, responsibility in publishing and testimony, in respecting the safety and rights of research subjects, and in respecting colleagues.

The latest version of the International Statisitical Institute's Declaration on Professional Ethics, adopted in 2010. Includes a link to the previous, 1985 edition.
