Endnote is Citation Management Software meaning you can use it to manage and format all of the citations in your bibliography using a specific citation format. Endnote requires that your spend about an hour learning it, but unlike other Citation Management Software it supports all citations formats like the Journal of Food Projection which is required for your Food Microbiology Lab Class. On the right, you will find three Food Science Library Instruction Modules (Part 3a, Part3b, and Part 3c) that describe how to use Endnote.
